CNC Milling

Precision Milling, Built For Complex Components

Precision 3-axis CNC milling for pocketing, profiling, drilling, boring and tapping — from single prototypes to multi-component fixture work.

Our milling centres handle everything from compact, intricate components to large multi-part setups, machining aluminium, stainless steel, mild steel, tool steel and engineering plastics to consistent, repeatable tolerances.

Our Milling Equipment

Our CNC milling centres range from compact, high-precision machines to large-capacity systems, giving us the flexibility to machine small, detailed parts through to large, multi-part fixture work.

  • Hurco VM1 – Compact 3-axis vertical machining centre. Precision milling for prototypes, one-offs and small-to-medium components, covering profiling, pocketing, drilling, boring and tapping

  • Hurco VM10 – 3-axis vertical machining centre with automatic tool changing. Versatile production and prototype milling, with working travel of approximately 660 × 406 × 508mm

  • Hurco VM30 – Large-capacity 3-axis vertical machining centre. Suited to larger components and multi-part fixture work, with working travel of approximately 1,270 × 508 × 508mm and a 1,321 × 508mm table

  • DN Solutions BVM 5700 – High-speed vertical machining centre with a 15,000 rpm spindle and large tool capacity. Suited to high-precision production and larger multi-part setups, with travel of 1,050 × 570 × 460mm

Why Choose Our Milling Service

Our CNC milling capability is backed by an ISO 9001:2015 quality system and equipment suited to everything from single prototypes to multi-part fixture work. Every component is machined to hold tolerance, part after part.
