Precision Turning, Built for Performance
Advanced CNC turning with driven-tool milling, drilling and tapping, allowing complex components to be completed accurately with fewer setups.
Our CNC turn-mill centres can produce off-centre holes, slots, flats, keyways and other milled features alongside conventional turning operations. This reduces handling between machines, improves consistency and shortens production times.
We undertake prototype, one-off and repeat-batch work across a wide range of metals and engineering plastics.
Our CNC Turning Capacity
Doosan Lynx 2100MA – Compact CNC turn-mill centre equipped with driven tooling for precision turning, milling, drilling and tapping.
Doosan Lynx 2600Y – Advanced Y-axis turn-mill centre for complex components requiring off-centre machining, cross-holes, slots, flats and milled features. Maximum turning capacity of approximately 380 mm diameter × 610 mm long.
Doosan Lynx 2600M – High-capacity CNC turn-mill centre with C-axis control and driven tooling. Suitable for larger components, repeat production and parts requiring turning, drilling, tapping and axial or radial milling in one setup. Maximum turning capacity of approximately 380 mm diameter × 610 mm long.
Why Choose Our Turning Service
Our CNC turning capability is backed by an ISO 9001:2015 quality system and equipment suited to everything from single prototypes to repeat production runs. Every component is machined to hold tolerance, batch after batch.
-
Y-axis and C-axis machining with driven-tool milling, drilling and tapping means off-centre holes, slots, flats and keyways can be completed in fewer setups — reducing handling and holding tolerance more consistently.
-
We run both bar-fed and chucking work, covering everything from prototype and one-off components to repeat-batch production. Our Doosan Lynx turn-mill centres handle turning capacities up to approximately 380mm diameter, depending on configuration.
-
Every turned component is backed by our ISO 9001:2015 quality system, with in-process and final dimensional inspection, full material traceability, and EN 10204 3.1 certification available on request.
