Through our established network of trusted suppliers and delivery partners, we can arrange services including electropolishing, anodising, heat treatment, fabrication and specialist plastic components. This gives you one point of contact to coordinate the wider package of work, from machining through to finishing.
Quality & Certification
-
Quality is managed at every stage of the job, whether we’re making one part or a production batch. We review the customer’s requirements before manufacture, check parts during production and inspect the finished work against the agreed specifications. Our ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system provides a consistent approach, with checks and records suited to each job.
-
Yes. Where requested, we can provide full traceability and certification for all materials used. For metals, documentation can include EN 10204 Type 3.1 inspection certificates, with material grades specified to relevant standards such as EN 10088 for stainless steel and EN 573 for aluminium, where applicable. Please include any certification requirements with your enquiry so we can confirm them before starting work.
-
We check parts against the drawing and agreed specifications using suitable calibrated measuring equipment. Depending on the job, checks are carried out during machining and on completion. For batch work, first-off and ongoing inspections help confirm that parts remain consistent. Inspection reports can be provided when requested.
